The repeater is a portable machine that can store the sound and play it repeatedly. Mainly on the basis of the portable radio and cassette recorder, a multi-function language signal access device formed by adding a micro-processing chip and a digital storage chip. It converts the analog signal into a digital signal while the tape is playing, and stores it in the digital memory chip; in the replay state, the signal in the digital memory is converted into an analog signal, and the sound is restored by the speaker after power amplification. However, repeaters exported to Europe must apply for CE-RED certification.
Introduction to CE-RED certification
The 1999/5/EC directive has been implemented for many years, and many places cannot meet the requirements of existing products. On May 22, 2014, the European Union officially announced a new version of the wireless equipment directive RED 2014/53/EU. This directive is based on the EU’s new CE framework resolution 768/2008/EC. RED 2014/53/EU replaces the original European Union Radio Equipment Directive R&TTE-D 1999/5/EC.
RED certification includes two aspects
On the one hand is RE: Radio Equipment wireless products
On the other hand is TTE: Telecommunication Terminal Equipment
Before communication terminal equipment and wireless products can be legally sold in EU countries, they must be tested and approved according to the R&TTE directive, and they must also have the CE-mark. Wireless remote control products and communication products must comply with the R&TTE Directive (Radio and Communication Terminal Directive) -1999/5/EC requirements.
