Mandatory scope and time node

◆ Lighting category: LED light source, fluorescent lamp, fluorescent lamp rectifier and other products;
◆ TV set;
◆ Information products: set-top boxes, monitors, etc.
◆ Audio and video products: DVD player;
◆ Transformer products;
◆ Motor products;
◆ Small battery charging system: Bluetooth headset, Bluetooth speaker, sports bracelet, driving recorder, mobile phone, tablet, notebook computer and other products with rechargeable batteries;
◆ Large-scale battery charging system: battery charging system products other than small-scale charging system;
◆ Bathroom products: shower, faucet, toilet, etc.).
Consequences of violation
1. Product removal: Amazon will force the removal of products that have not passed the certification, which will affect the sales stability and brand image of the company.

Huge fine: Once the product fails to pass the certification after verification by the US Energy Administration, the seller will face a huge fine calculated according to the products sold and the number of days on the shelves.
