Information to be submitted for 3C certification of wireless charger
1. Compulsory product certification application form, please fill in according to the applicant’s "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person";
2. A copy of the "Corporate Legal Person Business License" of the applicant, manufacturer and production plant;
3. Certificate of registered trademark (when there is a registered trademark);
4. The difference description of series models;
5. Factory inspection report (preliminary inspection and new factory inspection report), such as the initial application, the factory survey form must be filled in;
6. Apply for 4 prototypes;
7. Chinese nameplates and Chinese warning signs of products applied for certification;
8. Product assembly drawing and electrical schematic diagram;
9. Chinese instructions for applying for certification products.
3C certification process for wireless chargers
Step 1: Application acceptance;
Step 2: Data review;
Step 3: Receipt of sent samples;
Step 4: Sample test, check data;
Step 5: Draft the laboratory;
Step 6: The draft is correct, upload it for review;
Step 7: CQC preliminary evaluation → re-evaluation → certificate issuance;
Step 8: Printing, receiving, sending and managing the certificate;
Step 9: Factory inspection within 3 months after the first application for 3C certification.
(For factory grade C or D, the certificate can only be obtained after factory inspection)
