At the beginning of the meeting, the host came on the stage to make a simple opening speech, and then invited our engineering technical director, EMC technical director and general manager to speak on the stage.
First of all, our engineering technical director and EMC technical director made a summary report on the annual work completion of the department staff, and pointed out the company's department work priorities and performance index requirements in 2023.
At the conference, the two directors first made a summary report on the work of the safety laboratory, chemical laboratory, battery laboratory, EMC laboratory and wireless laboratory and the completion of various case data indicators, and gave a summary description of the department's equipment procurement, team personnel construction and various qualification extension review;Secondly, the two directors gave great affirmation to the efforts and efforts of all staff in the department in the past year, and pointed out that we still need to make up for the shortcomings of strengthening, and gave effective solutions and implementation plans for some problems that have occurred. Finally, the two directors expressed their gratitude to everyone for their support and cooperation in their work in the past year, and hoped that in the new year, everyone could overcome difficulties without fear of pressure, continue to focus on "quality and service improvement" as the core, adhere to the development goal of "being specialized, refined, excellent and strong", and overcome difficulties, break through ourselves, surpass ourselves and create better results!
